After working 10 years in the homebuilding and lending industries I appealed my first property 3 years ago and reduced my house over 17%.  This is my full time job, not part time work.  Since then I have helped hundreds of people in reducing their property assessments maintaining a 95% success rate with an average reduction of 18%, some as high as a 49% reduction.  I have a managing brokers license, but do not actively represent anyone in transactions.  Rather I’ve used my license to analyze market data through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to better indicate where values are at.
